Our 3rd Annual Halloween Scavenger Haunt & Hocus Focus Event
Welcome to our 2024 Haunt!
We are very excited to be preparing for our 3rd Annual Halloween Scavenger Haunt & Hocus Focus Events!
First up- THE HALLOWEEN SCAVENGER HAUNT!
Beginning on October 1st & ending on October 25th, kids aged 2-17 are welcome to pick up their FREE Halloween Passport from Pearson's Your Local Grocer (address & operational times listed below). Until October 25th, boos & ghouls can visit all the participating businesses & collect their FREE stamps. Once all the stamps have been collected, sign your name on the back of the passport & bring it on down to St. Albert Centre on October 26th (10:00am-3:30pm)- dressed in your favourite Halloween costume & with a Food Bank Donation- where the passport will double as an entry for the Grand Prize Draw! This leads us into our secondary event....
Hocus Focus 2024!
On October 26th from 10:00am-3:30pm- in front of The Bay in St. Albert Centre- Drop off your Food Bank Donation in the Hocus Focus Bin & join us to have your picture taken for FREE by the spooktacular professional photographer, Sheila Bell with Sheila Bell Brands! Want to make it a holiday family photo? We'd love to see the whole family join in!
The Grand Prizes are:
- A Hoverboard
- An Xbox Series S
- A Gift Card Basket
Each Grand Prize is worth $400!
But wait- there’s MORE! St. Albert Centre is providing free Gift Cards to the first 100 kiddos, there are 4 Bonus prizes up for grabs (generously gifted from some of our participating Halloween Scavenger Haunt businesses) AND a draw for a special surprise for Hocus Focus participants! What are the bonus prizes, you ask? Well, have a boo below!
- From Crossfit Seven: One month Youth CrossFit class- worth $75
- From True North Heating and Cooling Inc: A $100 Gift Card to a local St. Albert business of the winners choosing
- From Season’s Gift Shop: A $75 Gift Card for their store
- From St. Albert Gymnastics Club: A birthday party prize pack worth $210
The Grand Prize Draw will happen at 3:00pm, followed by the Bonus Prize Draws- entrants must be present to bring home their prize. If folks are unable to attend the draw, they can send a friend or family member to attend in their place!
